After 21 years as a California State Licensed Contractor that began in 1981\, Robert became a manufacturer’s representative for roofing and waterproofing materials before joining Aquatech Consultancy\, Inc. as a building envelope consultant. \nCourse Synopsis:\nThis presentation will focus on single-ply roof assembly issues (insulation\, coverboards\, and membranes) for construction projects in Northern California. Attendees will learn the importance of manufacturers’ Roof Assembly Letters as the minimum installation standards required by the manufacturer for a warrantable roof assembly.
